2021年2月3日，巴基斯坦当地时间下午3：00（北京时间下午6：00），巴基斯坦和平与外交研究所和“一带一路”顾问有限公司联合举办的国际“一带一路汇客圈论坛”正式通过网络举办。

我院巴基斯坦研究中心受邀参加此次论坛，中心主任唐俊教授在论坛上做了“SCO Long Term Challenges”（《上海合作组织面临的长期挑战》）的主题报告。同时参加此次论坛的，还有巴基斯坦前驻华大使纳格玛娜·哈什米( Naghmana Hashmi)女士。巴基斯坦和平与外交研究所、中国上海外国语大学上海全球治理与区域研究院、俄罗斯外交协会、法国古泊兰（Cooperans）咨询公司、埃及贝尼苏埃夫大学政治与经济学院、马来亚大学中国研究所、阿塞拜疆巴库阿塞拜疆通讯社、伊斯坦布尔奥寒大学国际关系等研究机构代表在此次国际论坛上先后做了主题发言。

此次国际论坛由巴基斯坦伊斯兰堡和平与外交研究所（Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies）主办，旨在通过有效利用科技与网络加强“一带一路”沿线国家之间的联系，突出一带一路对世界的重要性。通过媒体报导、国家评估报告、各国专家研讨来进一步推动“一带一路”的落地与实施。

巴基斯坦伊斯兰堡和平与外交研究所是一个非政府、非营利性研究智库，积极倡导公共外交，该组织旨在通过创新研究、有效的倡导、合作对话、教育交流、咨询服务等，组织开展公共外交活动以及参与、领导外交领域活动，推动巴基斯坦在全球外交中的地位提升。我院巴基斯坦研究中心已经与巴基斯坦伊斯兰堡和平与外交研究所建立了合作关系，双方将在中巴建交70周年图书出版、一带一路合作研究、中巴经济走廊与一带一路联合研究、上海合作组织成立20周年庆典与研究等方面开展全面合作。

内蒙古鸿德文理学院巴基斯坦研究中心以促进中巴友谊、推进两国在教育、文化、社会等领域交往与合作为宗旨，致力宣传、介绍巴基斯坦发展、变化和所取得的成就，以中心为平台，从事相关研究，开展对巴交流与合作,推动我院国际化和研究生教育发展，丰富和繁荣中国对巴基斯坦的研究事业。

This Forum is meant to highlight the significance of BRI to the world through the effective use of technology, networking, and linkages to cement ties across the countries of BRI  to one whole. Information, knowledge, and skills from experts from the countries through media linkages, country assessment reports, we will share research studies and the latest development on BRI through one platform.

For this First "Friends of BRI Forum", keeping in view your expertise and experience in your field, we would like to request you grace the occasion as "Guest Speaker" to share your perspective from your area of expertise and the geographical region as being part of the BRI.  We will hold the Forum online through Zoom Applications. We are inviting distinguished guests from across the regions to join this forum and share their views and insights. Each Distinguished speaker will speak 10-15 minutes for the insight and speech.
