现任内蒙古鸿德文理学院巴基斯坦研究中心主任、蒙古鸿德文理学院高校学术委员会委员，兼任兼任巴基斯坦旁遮普政府大学《政治科学期刊》、巴基斯坦可持续发展研究所《发展政策、研究与实践期刊》、巴基斯坦和平与外交研究所《和平与外交期刊》、巴基斯坦旁遮普中央大学《人文与社会科学杂志》及巴基斯坦《社会科学与经济学报》等权威期刊评审委员、巴基斯坦战略研究所智库顾问，国际期刊 Journal Interdisciplinary Insights 主编。主要研究方向聚焦马克思主义中国化理论创新、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想国际传播、中巴哲学思想比较研究及人类命运共同体理论建构，深耕中巴全天候战略合作伙伴关系与文化传播机制研究，形成兼具理论深度与政策价值的学术成果体系。

学术贡献与智库实践

2022年，主导创建“中国-巴基斯坦研究中心联盟”（成员覆盖国内外十余所高校及智库），组织多场国际学术论坛，研究成果《China Pakistan Economic Corridor A Decade of Transformation across Pakistan Regional Impacts and Progress》国际发布，成果被巴基斯坦驻华使馆、伊斯兰堡规划发展与改革部等政府机构采纳为政策参考，并获卡拉昆仑国际大学、俾路支省信息技术工程与管理科学大学、河北大学跨文化传播研究中心等智库引用。其团队多次赴巴开展田野调查，完成《中巴文化交流史》等系列报告，实证成果被纳入新疆国际经济文化发展中心区域国别研究数据库。作为巴基斯坦“了解中国”系列培训主讲专家（2022至今），系统阐释习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想及中国治理经验，成为南亚地缘政治研究中推动跨文明互鉴的核心力量。
